<aside> 👉 I was inspired to write this document based on what some people managers are doing with Manager README docs, which explain what is important to them and what it’s like to work with them (like a user guide). I like this idea and I want to expand it beyond topics related to people management.

My goal with this README is to give both prospective and current colleagues an overview of my background, beliefs, and how I like to work. 🧑‍💻 My experience and how it’s shaped me


I’ve spent most of my career as a software engineer in various shapes and forms, but I am currently a technical product manager at GreatSchools, and I’m also a people manager.
